What is ELI?
ELI stands for Elevating Life Intentionally. It is the personal and community AI Josiah built for the people in his village: an AI that tells you the truth, keeps a real person in the loop, and is built to move your life forward instead of just keeping you typing.
Is chat live?
Yes. Founding members can create an account and use chat today. ELI is in early access, so the product will keep changing and improving.
How do I get help?
Use the form on this page, email contact@jfhgrp.com, or text or call +1 (678) 453-4213. A real person reads every message.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open Account & settings, then use Delete my account. That permanently removes your profile, conversations, and memory. You can also ask us via this form, or text or call +1 (678) 453-4213 and we will remove everything for you.
How do I report a harmful response?
In chat, tap Report under any ELI reply. That flags it for review. You can also describe the issue in the support form below.
Is my data sold?
No. We do not sell your data. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy. ELI uses Anthropic for replies and Tavily when it looks something up, on paid access that is not your personal accounts.
Where is the ELI app?
The web app at heyeli.life is live now. The native iOS and Mac app is in build for the App Store. Same account, chat, and memory will carry over.
